Are all diets fads?

Personally, I do not resonate with diets as they are not sustainable. I do however resonate with learning & understanding the impact of food on the human body. 


Nutrition and eating plans go hand in hand to creating a better version of self. Food is an integral energy source, so understanding not just what to eat but when to eat creates a positive relationship with food as well as positive sustainable habitual patterns.
