Are you a beginner or maybe an athlete looking to improve your overall performance? Decrease muscle tension & increase range of motion with a mix of flow & form.

 

Simply, yoga means 'unite', but un-simply the meaning is deeper than this blurb ...  F&F yoga can assist you to move freely, balancing body, mind, breath & spirit through postures (asanas), breath (pranayama) & meditation (mind).

Understanding that the spiritual side is not for everyone, we can encourage your body through various modified asanas & transitions with adapted sequences, passive & active stretches taken from Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin styles.

Not everyone resonates with yoga but we can all resonate with mobility as its vital for everyday movement.


Mobility = joint range of motion (ROM)

Flexibility = muscle stretch 


This has been designed to target the major joints in the body, a pure physical session that is not intense but focuses on the integrity of movement. To increase our ROM there is a mixture of passive & active exercises as well balancing & breathing combinations. For all ages and abilities
