We all have our own relationship with pain & can tolerate different ranges which then affect our movement ability & in turn affects our health & well-being.
Pain can be a barrier & also a point of reference to our perceived limitations or an excuse!
I resonate with the saying 'energy flows where the attention goes' so i believe we can all strive toward changing our relationship with pain
Whether the unpleasant sensation is of visceral or somatic origins, together through passive & active movement, meditation practices & sharing narratives I aim to assist in redirecting energy for a better version of self.
